MIDI tracks crash and note sustains after sequencer stops

Hi Everyone, Hope you can help. Just swapped my old Tascam Interface for a new Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56. Since setting it up I've noticed when playing tracks back in Sonar 8.5, one MIDI track usually crashes. Not always the same one, but whatever track it is that sound will then sustain underneath the whole track, and continue when it's finished. To stop it I have to take the keyboard it's triggering out of performance mode and then back in. Any idea how I can stop this? I have local control turned off on the MIDI keyboard.     Turning Local Control off doesn't mean you don't have a Midi Loop going. If Input Echo is on in a Midi track it may be sending the Midi data back into the keyboard and then back into the computer, back into the keyboard, etc. If I recall correctly, in the default setting, selecting a Midi track automatically turns on Input Echo for that track.

    In 8.5 that can be toggled on/off in Options>Global>General>Always Echo Current Midi Track.

    Hi Thanks for the reply. I have tried that method and all of the tracks already have their input echo turned off. Don't know if you have any other suggestions? Thanks, Martin
