MOTU Ultralite: Can't perform firmware update

Hi-
I downloaded the 1.15 firmware update from MOTU, and followed the instructions:
 
Ultralite
1. Turn off the UltraLite.
2. Connect the UltraLite to the computer by FireWire.
3. Press and hold the Page knob and the Cursor knob on the front panel, and turn on the device.
4. Release the Page and Cursor knobs when the words Firmware Upgrade appear on the LCD.
5. Open the firmware updater program, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
 
The Update App window pops up and says "There are no devices in update state" and then tells me to do what I just did. Neither progress bar moves. The Ultralite LCD panel says "Firmware Upgrade (Loader v1.02).", so it looks like it's ready.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Actually, never mind. I guess I'm already at 1.15. I assumed the firmware was a newer version since it was recently posted, but apparently not. I downloaded it when I downloaded the new drivers.
