MP3 Encoder Version?

I bought the Sonar MP3 encoder about 10 years ago
 
Yesterday I installed the Platinum 2017.04 update, with MP3 encoder included free.  
 
At this point, I'm not sure whether my encoder version 3.99 is the latest version, or am I way out of date? 
 
How do I find out the most current version?  And if needed how do I update my existing encoder?
 
I've searched all around the Sonar forums, my account, the store ... I'm not finding a clear answer on this.

    The encoder is not a separate install. It is part of the SONAR installer. It is based on LAME 3.99.

    Thanks scook.  Just needed to be sure I'm up to date. This encoder / export screen has looked the same for a long time.
