MP3 activation problem

I ordered the MP3 activation online and downloaded the .exe All files were stored in a "prefetch" folder with unexecutable file names. Is there any way (without paying a second time - for something I could probably get for free else where) I can re-download the activation software?

Or is there a way I can get these files to execute?

Not sure what happened here....but I really need to an MP3 (has anyone done this using iTunes?...just curious...)
