Magnify "window" in piano roll view

Somehow I seem to have enabled a feature that creates a small magnify window around the cursor in the piano roll view.  I can't seem to get it turned off.
It is a very small little window that follows the cursor.
Any ideas on how to turn this feature off?
Thanks, all.

It's called the microscope, enabled, disabled and adjusted in Preferences->Customisation->Editing

also if it is on, while in piano roll view, you can uncheck it in one of the menus, I believe the view menu
