Manual for Cakewalk 2004 Home Studio

Is there a .pdf file which explains the basics on how to get started? Basically I am looking to connect my guitar, keyboard, and Alesis Drum machine and get used to the recording, but I want to see if there are helpful hints out there for the noobie to cakewalk. I may look into getting a 4 track recorder to go through before sending to the pc, but I need to really get involved with this product 1st. Any help is appreciated.

The help feature found in HS2004XL links to Cakewalk online and provides the information found in the starter manual and much more. I assume that HS2004 has the same option.
