Map Alignment For AD2 and AS

I have to thank Mettelus for getting my project on track and working.

We worked thru the misalignment of the AD2 map and the AS map.

I don't pretend to understand this in detail enough to explain, as I am learning this, but I was able to successfully assign kit pieces from AD2 to my instrument tracks (drums) by using AS to create transients and then copy as midi to a new track. I then selected my kit piece from AD2, and by using the AD2 GUI I had to drag the notes to the correct drum assignment by using the PRV.

Again, I apologize if this does not make sense, and I invite Mettelus to further elaborate on this.

My question then, is this:

How do I properly set up the two plugins to be aligned and stay that way so that when I select a kit pieces it stays assigned as I planned and not have to use the PRV to drag the notes to find the kit piece?

Is it a setting in the AS (upper right corner of plugin).

Or, is it a setting in AD2?

Thank you for your help on this.

Once you have the right MIDI events on the right note number, you should be able to freely change kit pieces in AD2 without having to re-map anything.

But if if you're talking about converting new audio clips to MIDI, you'll either have to choose the correct note number to generate in Audiosnap every time you extract MIDI for a different kit piece or drag them it in the PRV after the fact. There's no way for AS to "know" what note number to map which transient markers to.
