Maribel's Mollies- A short film by Jesse Q Screed

Hello, I produced a film.  I learned that film making is a lonely and difficult thing.

The hardest part is getting people to help or even want to be involved.

With a crew of three, and a cast of four, and no rehearsals, this is what I came up with.  It is 15 minutes long, it is a fairy tale, so you will need to put yourself into  the mind of a child.  But it is a good story if you watch it all the way through.  Yes, you will find much to critique, but suspend your inner critic and focus on the story.   All music was recorded in Sonar.

For you to say that, that you enjoyed it, means more to me than anyone saying it is "Really, really well done..."

With that said, after hearing your creations, with you, with the lady, and with the other lads, you have an understanding of what "really well done means..."

I hope others will Enjoy Maribel's Mollies too.

Thanks Lynn, it means a lot to me that you took the time to view the film.  In these days, anyone watching anything for 15 minutes, is probably not standard practice.  I am glad you were able to find the story in the tale.

I would be interested in finding out if small children enjoy it.  Thanks again Lynn!

Thanks to you too pogue.  Yes, it took much effort and time.  I should probably put at least half as much effort into making music, who knows what would happen!

Thank you for watching it, and I am glad you enjoyed it.  I think it is a good story and anyone who watches it would go out and do a good deed.

I liked the story very much. The wishing well coins twist at the end had me smiling. Did not see that coming.
I helped a friend of mine make a movie once so I can appreciate the hard work involved.
