Maschine 2 Owners

NI has given out (for free) KOMPLETE SELECT (you should receive a Download link in your email) and then run the Service Center.
 
UPDATE: Maschine 2.3 was just released today (5/20/15) and it includes Komplete Select.....just need to run NI's Service Center.

    Already have Komplete Ultimate 10 so I have all these products.
     
    I guess it's a nice gesture for Maschine users if they don't have Komplete, but really most Maschine users do have Komplete as they integrate in the Maschine software.
     
    oh well, not gunna try and figure out NI and their logic.
     
    Thanks for the heads up Larry - will remove them from my service center and will now know why they are showing up.

    I mean does it just ignore the ones you already have and install what you don't OR does it try and overwrite and install over what you already have OR does it give you an option dialog where you can choose??  I'm sure I'll try it later today...but I just wanted to head off any dunderheaded problems:-)

    MachineClaw mentioned it above......if you already have Komplete 10, then it's no point installing them as Maschine 2 will integrate all your Komplete instruments/sounds/fx very easily.
     
    I'm not 100%  sure of the content in this freebie, but I'm also thinking it's for the people that don't have Komplete.
     
    I'll check the NI website (later on) and confirm.  
     
    UPDATE: I checked the NI site, and YES the Komplete Select is for people that don't already have them in Komplete.

    The installer allows you to choose which items you install or not. I also had some of the stuff and only installed what I needed.   Dan
