Master, Metronome and Preview busses missing from Bus Pane [SOLVED]

When I open a New Project which has just a single audio track, I see the Bus Pane open in the bottom left of the Track View.  There's a "Master" (A) bus, a "Metronome" (B) bus, and a "Preview" (C) bus.  Well, in another project of mine, which also has audio tracks and a lot of MIDI tracks, I just noticed there's nothing down there at all in the Bus Pane.  All I can seem to do is right-click and either "Insert Stereo Bus" or "Insert Surround Bus".

I guess I must've clicked on something evil which removed the default busses, but even so, how can I restore them in an existing project?

Thanks.

Try hitting 'h' and checking if they are hidden.

Hi.  Do you mean Shift-H?  H just brings up Track Manager.  I went ahead and tried Shift-H in Track View and it did unhide actual tracks that were hidden, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the Bus Pane below.

If they're actually missing, you can just add them:

- Create a 'Master' bus, right-click it and make it the default bus.
- Create a 'Metronome' bus and route the output of audio metronome to it in preferences.
- Create a 'Preview' bus and set it as the preview bus in the context menu of the Media tab in the browser.
- Select all audio/synth tracks and hold Ctrl while changing the output of one of them to Master to change them all.

Well, that was easy.  For some reason, I guess I thought the actual, "official" default busses were somehow "special" and therefore unduplicatable by little ol' me.  Nice to know that's not true.  I've even got some custom track icons on them now.

Thanks for demystifying it for me.
