Master Volume

I have been working on a project which has 14 Audio, no midi. All channels are assigned to Master. I have mixed the tracks with the master volume on Unity gain (0) and it sounds great however I do not have any volume. I have the same tracks and a similar mix on the same machine and monitors, using Audio Studio 7 software ( cheapie) and I have 3 times the volume. I spent almost an hour last night making sure that all of the tracks were assigned to master. I removed all submixes and subgroups and removed all effects and sends. It still didn't help bring back the volume. I then created a new project and and imported a few of the tracks and played them and there was more volume then the previous project. Am I missing something. Any suggestions?

Is that Master Bus' output set to the soundcard? Check the Master Bus trim fader.

    Have you checked:

    1. Panning law?
    2. Trim controls especially on the Master Bus? (Ooops, Richard already said that!)
    3. Output or Gain control on any FX especially in the Master Bus FX bin (eg EQ, Compressor)?
    4. Volume control on the actual Soundcard Bus in Console View?
