Maximum posts per day???!

I was up working until 4:30am this morning, then back up at 6am thanks to a minor toothache and got this following around 6:30am:
 

 
Sure, I had a few back-and-forths with Rain during my breaks and answered a couple of questions, but getting this without warning really sucks.  Can this be turned off for the Coffee House?  What is the max. number anyway?  Or, for that matter, what does it consider a "day?"
 
I feel like the bartender has cut me off after two drinks when it's still happy hour...

I wonder what counts as "posting" too.  As usual, when I reply too soon and see the warning, I just close and try again.  That can happen a dozen times before it actually takes the reply, I wonder if those are being tallied as well.  Here we want them to remove that obstacle and, instead, they add another!
