Measure to measure programmable metronome?

Does anyone know of a good visual, programmable software metronome?  It would be good to have one that displays a countdown for each measure.
 
For instance, I could program it to countdown from 8 to 1 then the next measure 7 to 1 then 9 to 1 then 8 to 1, if I had a four measure sequence: 8/8,7/8,9/8,8/8.
 
The reason this would be useful is that I'm leading a three man electro improv group where we don't rehearse together, we just get together and record for a few hours a week.  Because of this arrangement it's difficult to convey and quickly learn(for the other guys) some of the rhythmic sequences I'm playing and if I could put up a presequenced countdown of each passing measure for a sequence of measures, as described above, I think this would be helpful.
 
Any ideas or leads on an app that could do this?
