Media Browser Sample Rate Conversion Crash

Trying to audition Snares (for example)
 
Anything StevenSlate works fine, try to audition YamBirch I get:
 
Media Browser Sample Rate Conversion in a progress bar within the transport Module then a crash.
Also crashes saying: building transient list 
Tried changing options such a loop, same thing
 
X2 build 306
Fast Track Pro
Win7 64 bit
 
Any advice?

    yeah same thing happens here too. same with some dimension pro samples as well, esp vocals/jacyn riffs. someone mentioned copy protection, maybe the flac file is wrapped in a drm container.
