Media Browser - tabbing issues

I can not use Media Browser when it's tabbed. I have to "enable floating" in order to access anything in Media Browser. It's as if all functioning gets locked up while it's tabbed.

I've also noticed that when the Synth Rack is tabbed, it also becomes unusable..... it also needs to be changed to floating. Although the Synth Rack issue only happens sometimes.... but  I can never get the Media Browser to work when tabbed.
I'm a bit puzzled by this behavior..... Any suggestions?
Is it possible I need to change settings somewhere?

I feel kinda dumb answering myself...  but in case anyone else has a similar issue, the following may help.
I investigated the issue further and discovered that my display settings may be the root cause.
I am running my screen resolution at 1920 x 1080 and had the "set custom text size (DPI)" at 150% in Windows Display Settings. After several tests using different resolutions and DPI % settings, I've discovered that the Media Browser will not function until the DPI is reduced to 125% or less. Any higher DPI settings and I am unable to select any folders or files, or use any functions in Media Browser while it is tabbed. The same issue happens with the Synth Rack (when tabbed) at higher than 125% DPI settings.

Reducing the DPI to 125% or less resolves the issue regardless of screen resolution.

Good to know, and I would consider that a bug.

I just received a confirmation from Cakewalk that they were able to reproduce the DPI issue and have noted it as a bug. They also confirmed that the issue is not apparent with X1.
