One of these days I'm going to buy some Melda, but so far the freebie compressor is the thing that I seem to think I want the most and I've been too lazy to do anything about it. I almost bought Mdynamics last week but I kept looking at it and thinking "gates, expanders... meh"

I've purchased 2...MAutoDynamicEQ - simply an amazing plugin... and MMultiAnalyzer...also an amazing plugin. I also have the Free pack...but rarely use them...

I'm fascinated with the idea that you can draw your own compressor envelope in the free effects compressor.

Its not on sale this time round but MVintageRotary is one of the best Leslie cabinet simulators. I was getting some undesirable crackeling and distortion but a recent updaate fixed that.

Over the weekend, I also purchased MAutoDynamicEQ (a cheaper deal at KVR :)) and installed it, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. I may need to see some Youtube tutorials on how to use this plugin effectively. That MmultibandHarmonizer also has caught my.......ear, but haven't got it.....yet.

Mesh, it's not a video but check out my articles on dynamic equalization in SoundBytes. Start with the one on MDynamicEQ from the May issue, then the MAutoDynamicEQ one from the July issue. (The third installment will be out in the September issue, coming soon.)
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

Thanks Dave!! I actually read one of those a while back (which prompted me to buy the plugin) and I'm going to re-read them again. I really like your style of writing.....very easy to understand and explained in simple language......thanks again & well done!! Will be looking forward to the September issue.

Proud owner of the Mastering Bundle here. I find it indispensible, but then, I haven't had the luxury of trying every available VST to see how it compares. I love their stuff.
