Melodyne 4 Crashing

I've had repeated crashes when working with tracks in Melodyne 4. Also can anyone tell me why when I've submitted at least 6-7 reports in the past year and I click on the email they send where supposedly I can check on the progress of that report, Cakewalk says that I have no reports?

    Hi, annifarkle,

Melodyne 4 is a recent release which has already had two updates. If you have submitted reports over the last year it may be related to melodyne 2. Melodyne like a large buffer to work with. Check the online help at celemony and verify your buffer is set correctly....just over 1000 samples I believe.

Hi. This is probably of no help to you, but wanted to share anyways.
I used Melodyne 4 on approx 15 clips today, without a hitch. It was (in my world) quite a large project, so I had to up the buffer to 2048 at the end (due to 14 Vsti's, and several fx on all 53 tracks).
    And what AndyF said
    Best of luck.

Melodyne 4 is working fine here annifarkle. Is it essential, editor or studio? Can you give us a bit more detail on the steps taken that cause it to crash?

It would depend on what you regard as multiple, as I edited 3 Melodyne (4) clips today (skipping back and fourth) without any issues.
I know some has issues, but I have been lucky enough to not have had any (yet).
    All the best.

I upped the buffers and so far so good. In answer to someone's question about which version - I'm using Melodyne Essential. Thank you for everyone's comments and answers.

I usually turn it down again after rendering the Region Fx, but keep it high (ish) when working with Melodyne (and sometimes vocal sync and drum replacer (the latter I have only tried briefly, as I do not record live drums.)
    Glad you got it working
    All the best.

    Mine too Annie.

I had updated to 4 a few days ago but did not "get" to use it until today.
I made a region of one vocal word and 1024 asio buffers.
What would work flawlessly in 2 crashes in 4 first time I tried.

Sent off a problem report dump fwiw.
