Melodyne Editor with X3 for AtoM convertions?

I just found out that I could drag an audio clip to a midi track and have the midi notes auto converted via Melodyne. 
 
Essentials only does mono.  Has anyone done this on piano with Melodyne Editor?  How accurate is the conversion?
