Melodyne Studio 4 before Platinum upgrade ?

Hello Sonar users!
I just puchased the Sonar Platinum "lifetime" upgrade from X3 Producer.
Not downloaded yet as I didn't see the option (in CCC) to NOT install Melodyne, as I already have Melodyne Studio 4 on my computer... and bad memories of previous upgrades...
Thank you for your help, and sorry If the question has been asked before...
Jeff

Hi. If I understand correctly, Melodyne in CCC is just a reference with your s.n. Installing Melodyne is a separate process. You should not need to do anything in regard to Melodyne Studio 4 with your new SONAR Platinum.
Just do a vst reset and rescan, and Melodyne Studio 4 should be ready to use.
    Hope it makes some sense.
    All the best.

    Thank you Zargg71...
But my concern is that CCC doesn't give the choice to install Melodyne or not.
Melodyne is simply not listed, so I assume it is included in the Sonar Plat installation...
    I will try...
If my memories are correct, I will have the possibility during the installation process to check/uncheck the components.
    All the best to you...

I meant that you need to go to http://www.celemony.com/en/start , login and download your installer from there.
It is not included in SONAR Platinum, but is a separate download and installer.

Melodyne installation from CCC is optional, as are all the individual items, both main items and subitems under the Sonar main item (click to the left of Sonar to open the list of subitems). Just don't click "install all".

    Thank you very much...
Everything is now OK... except Addictive Drums 2 (or the link for it) not listed in CCC (Melodyne Essentials neither, but that I don't care 😊)
I have emailed the support, and wait for an answer

Go to https://www.xlnaudio.com/addictivedrums and make n account, if you have not done so already. Download the online installer, and use the serial supplied in CCC or your account.
    All the best.
