If you mean analyze so that it can separate all of that into separate notes and parts, no. No software can do this. But small timing corrections in the entire track are possible in many cases and transposing or tuning the complete track a little can also be done.

If you are referring to "Demixing" using a polyphonic track It can be a serious task but its sometimes possible.

 
I will agree with others though, its almost impossible to do a fully complete mix this way. but there is quite a bit that can be done.
Including fixing some vocal mistakes, Extracting guitar solos, exc. my suggestion before making a purchases is watch some of the videos from Celemony.
