Melodyne clips not playing in sync

Since a recent update, Melodyne clips don't stay in sync if I jump forwards or back on the timeline with my mouse. I need to stop playback and hit play again to achieve synchronization.

    I was just about to report this issue. I see it too, and have been having this issue since the introduction of region effect comping.

    This is still a problem in 2017.08.

    This is still a problem in 2017.09. 
    This is still a problem in 2017.10.
    What's up with .11?
