Melodyne experience

Hi all,i use melodyne just a little a and i have a problem with a Splat project.
It seems very simple but......
I have a project with tempo 125 and i have recorded an "house" chord rhodes ,pretty simple 1\16, in another project at 130 bpm.
Import the 130 clip in a 125 project
1) Create a melodyne region fx
2) Select in Melodyne prop "follow host tempo"
3) in the region fx clip pop menu select "follow host tempo"

Nothing happens
Maybe i'm an idiot,sure....
Can you help me?
Thanks in advance

The audio is not timestamped, so you either have to make a grooveclip and stretch the audio (and bounce if you want to melodynize it) or you have to do the same thing in Melodyne by setting up the timestamp in 130 before you follow the hosts tempo (there are several ways to do this in Melodyne - check some tutorials - youtube is your friend).
