Melodyne not showing in Region FX

I recently activated Melodyne for X3 and it is not showing up as an option in Region FX.  I know the plugin is functional because I can use it as a stand alone and import the edited wav back into X3.  Anyone know the process to add this plugin to Region FX choices?
