Membership expiration

Hi all, I just purchased the Professional edition tonight using the 12 monthly payment option. When I look at the products in my account , I see "This is a membership product. Your membership expires on 11/24/2017", which is 7 days from now. Anyone know why it says this? I would maybe expect it to expire a month from now when the next payment should be due but this makes me nervous since I just authorized a recurring charge to my PayPal account with the understanding that the next payment would not be due for at least 30 days.

Also, I don't See an installer for the Melodyne Elements. Is this included in the core installation?

    Not sure about the expiration date. It should be further out.
    How did you install the product? If not with the Command Center, did you activate it?
    You may want to email order support.
     
    I believe Cakewalk ran out of Melodyne serial numbers. It has happened before when they run sales. The product should appear is a few business days.

    Thanks. The expiration was corrected overnight but still no Melodyne. I guess I'll wait and see if it shows up.

    Have you already tried Melodyne? They have 30-day free trial. And if the marketing still works the same way as before, once you register Elements you will get an offer to upgrade. The offer can be good (I have seen sales with close to the same price I was offered, but I have not seen cheaper upgrade prices), but time (!) limited.
