Membership payment question.

Hi guys, I posted a couple of days ago about my year nearly being up and as I'm a monthly member I was wondering what would happen. I have actually checked and I have mad 12 payments, My full year will be finished on 6th of June. I have heard talk of a lifetime membership, I'm certainly interested in this, I haven't received any e-mails from cakewalk so I don't know what the story is. Will I have to re apply when the 6th of June comes or do I do nothing and my monthly payments continue? I have searched around and funnily enough can't seem to find any info.
