Membership renewal not active

I renewed my membership online a few days ago but for some reason it's not showing as active. I got an email confirmation and the charge cleared my bank account. The command center shows SPLAT with a 2016 date. I'm sitting here ready to start a project and I can't because it's in demo mode. Anybody got any suggestions?Is there something else I need to do?
