Hi Andrew, Nice style, good song, cool performance and the mix sounds balanced and clear. Maybe a touch more bass wouldn't hurt... I really like it! Best regards

I liked the simple lyrical chorus paired with your chord progression. Sound of the solo guitar is good too. Stood out but not overwhelming. The drumline is a bit too familiar so maybe add a few fills or pauses. Cute song.

Loving this song Andrew... It's got that typical Liverpool/Manchester indie sound, but the keys give it another dimension in my opinion. I like the vocal harmonising... Reminds me at time of a band called Pure Reason Revolution. cheers andy

Thanks for listening, I'm really glad you think it fits in with the liverpool/manchester indie sound as that's exactly what I'm going for. I must look up that band. Thanks again for listening.

Just had a quick listen to that band Andy. Right up my street. I must check out their stuff. Shame they split.

Yeah... I never got to see them... They're supposed to be a bit prog

I listened to one song (create int ent or something like that) didn't sound that prog. I'm not a huge prog fan, find it boring all those half hour songs lol.

Yeah, I think they are (or were) more pop rock, but with strange lyrics (if you check out some of their earlier stuff) and great vocal harmonies. I like them

Mix seems to work here, the tune does have a familiar sound/feel to it though, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for listening wookie, I get what you mean, vocal melody and the drums were a bit simplistic and kinda middle of the road.

Thanks for listening do you think it would sound better if it was a little darker? I may try a high shelf cut on the 2buss and check what it sounds like. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it.

Listening again and it's really a good song. I wish I had the skill to tell you what I'm hearing. I think maybe the reverb on the intro could be a bit too much. I've gotta tell you, I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!

Thanks man, yeah none of the reverbs are automated and they should be.
