Merging projects

I have been sent a project that contains both audio and midi by another Sonar X2 user.  I would like to combine it with a project I have. What is the best way to achieve this please.

    Use the Browser, Press "b"
    locate the file you want to merge
    Drag the file into the Track View

    Do you mean drag the cwb file into my project or track by track?

    You may want to open the bundle first and save the project. Then follow SaintTom's suggestion.

    so, drag the CWP file in or individual tracks?

    drag the whole CWP file into the project.
     
    Save a copy of itfirst incase it doesn't turn out the way you want.

    UGH, he used a different sample rate......

    any thoughts how I can correct this?
