Well, I was off my meds for about 1 1/2 months (if you couldn't tell) so I'm really sorry to everyone and wish you all a merry christmas!

No sweat Shawn, we all encounter things that our meds simply can't handle. Getting back up again is the true test. I must say that an ill Shawn is still more friendly than some around here.

Meh, I just thought you were oddly enthusiastic about Sonar. Nothing wrong with that but it was a little weird considering we are all pretty much Cakewalk enthusiasts around here already. I'm glad you are feeling better.
And for what it's worth I still recall you giving me your insights about running Sonar on my underpowered laptop. It was helpful and appreciated. You seem to be able to get a lot more done with the program than I have so far (due to time constraints... not any limitations of the program). I'd say you could probably contribute a lot in the way of general advice if you were so inclined instead of promoting the product to those who already use it.
Anyway, happy holidays and as others have already said... ain't no thing. I browse the forum daily and am easily irritated. You weren't any where near my "jerky posters" radar.

Merry Christmas... I went off mine this morning. We have to maintain a balance you know?
Seriously, my ankles, knees, hips, and a finger knuckle have been hurting but mostly my outer ankle bones, getting worse every day for a couple of weeks. I did some online reading and found that Crestor causes joint pain. I had stopped taking any statin drugs a few months ago and had gone to a gluten free diet. Then life went haywire and I was out of town a lot and wound up eating pizza etc again. So about a month ago I figured I should take some statin. I started taking 10mg of Crestor. Hopefully in a couple of weeks (or less) my ankles will stop hurting, and my knees, and my left hip, left elbow, and left index finger knuckle. Some of it may be arthritis but not all of it. It came on to fast.
I think life was better when I abused drugs than when I use them.... IIRC... LOL.
Ah.. the meds. If only we could get the ones we really want.
