Meter presets

Meters have more options that track widgets/controls.

Screen sets change the meters and the controls.

I have to click about 20 times to set the meters as I wish them to be. I do not use the same screen sets for every project. And since we still do not have screen set presets I have to click a bunch of times to change the meters. Especially for old projects from B 4 X.

A dialog similar to the track controls should be available for the meters. So we can select meter presets just like we can select widget presets.

Should also have screen set presets.

Yes definitely. It would be good to have a global setting so I don't have to change them in the TV, then the CV, then the Inspector.

Yes, having to keep setting the meters in every different view is a nuisance. A preferences function that applies to all meters unless specifically over-ridden for the ones that are to be exceptions to thedesired general rule perhaps?

+1   Sort of like the "sync" option in Track Manager for TV and CV.

I've been requesting something like this for a couple of years. Hopefully the light will go on and we'll get meter controls v2. It would change everything.

This could be extended by  definable colours for the meters. So, that for example at the tracking stage, you could set a "green" colour at -18dBFS.

YESSSSSSSSS, if I want to change from RMS to peak, from post to peak, to check hold peak and lock peak on the channels I have to go in to the menu 4 TIMES... and that not even touching the busses and main outs.

and I also agree with being able to define where the meter colors are for a better eye view when you are mixing to a specific scale.
