Metronome - Can't Hear

Hello Forums

I can't hear my metronome during PB or Rec. Screenshot below.

Project Mix I/O For Sound
Sonar X1 Producer Web Trial

I can't even choose the sound to play for audio. It doesn't work for either MIDI or Audio.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

    Try using the MIDI metronome.

Looks like maybe SONAR needs to be "repersonalized" to know where all the user/content files are, including metronome samples. To do this, hold Shift while starting SONAR.

    Ugh. Still no bueno.

This was working when I was running Sonar 8.5 Producer.

Could it be an issue with it being a trial version? (I'm currently waiting for X1 Studio to arrive in the mail)

I just read through Beagle's thread from when he experienced this problem with his purchased X1 install:

He ended up reinstalling, but it may also be that there was a fix for metronome problems in one of the early patches, and I don't suppose it's possible to patch the Trial, This would be unfortunate for both Cakewalk and potential buyers, because the initial release was buggier than an Indiana Jones movie.
