Metronome - How to turn off

G'day,
 
This has probably been posted before but I can't find it,
 
How do you turn off the metronome in Sonar 7xl?    In MC I use to just double click the metronome bar, but it doesn't allow me to do that in Sonar,

    dont own home studio, but just type metronome in your help file and it will show you how to disable it.

    Uncheck it (for recording and/or playback): Options > Project > Metronome

    From an X1 user: There seems to be a bug with this, and possibly intermittent. I was in a situation where I simply could not shut off the metronome, or the 2-bar count-in. I tried clicking both buttons on the toolbar, also went into Edit>preferences>metronome and turned it off there (it was already shut off, allegedly) and set the count-in measures to zero - no good. But when I saved the project, restarted SONAR, and reopened the project, the metronome and count-in were off. Not the way it's supposed to work, I don't think.
