Middle C ? for midi-Figured it out-Thanks

I remember (not when though) there was a preference to set what middle C was-
be it C2, C3, etc. C3 is norm I guess, but................
 
Does that still exist

    Yes it's still there. Preferences---->Customisation---->Display---->Base Octave for Pitches.
