Midi Keyboard,Cakewalk, Sound Center. NEED HELP!!

Howdy.

im in dire need of some help here, Please help!
i bought a midi keyboard so that i could use it with the Cakewalk Synths like SoundCenter and DropZone. Now how on earth do i use the keys on my midi keyboard with the synths in my audio track?
