Midi Latency

Ive seen a few threads on this - but I cant seem to find an actual solution with a search...  When ever i record from my keyboard controller... the midi information is a good 15 30 ms early depending on my buffers, which depends on the size of the project...  unless I quantize really hard.   How does one adjust this in sonar

For example - is there a way to have your midi input chase your audio driver settings.. so that you dont have to go through and guess how your playing felt by trying to slide it into time?
