Midi controller clip editing

How do I delete just midi controller data from a midi clip? I want to delete or change some CC1 (modulation) data without affecting the notes I already have recorded. I know it's simple, but I'm drawing a blank. Using Sonar Platinum....

    1. Open the automation lanes.
    2. Right-click on the envelope you want to delete, and then choose "Delete Envelope."

Select the clip that contains the Controller data you wish to delete.  Go Edit | Select | By Filter (Or CTRL + ALT F6) and click "None" and then select controller data, hit OK, then delete

The will delete all of the controller data in that clip.
