Midi output from synth rack into synth rack synth?

Midi output from synth rack into synth rack synth?

I have EzPlayer loaded as a synth rack instrument, the output midi can then be fed into other synths. I have made Battery as a synth rack synth so I can use the multiple outputs of Battery. I can't seem to figure how to route the midi output of EzPlayer into Battery? It would be fine if Battery were loaded as a vst on an audio track, but otherwise there seems to be nowhere to route EzPlayer? Now I have everything setup with them both as synth rack synths, can I add an audio track for it?

    Adding any plug-in which has MIDI I/O enabled to a project automatically adds the plug-in to the synth rack. When a plug-in has "Enable MIDI Output" checked, the plug-in will be listed in instrument and MIDI tracks as an input source. For a plug-in to receive MIDI data is must be associated with an instrument or MIDI track. Allowing the "Insert Soft Synth Options" dialog to create the tracks or manually creating them after adding the synth to a project is up to you.

    Yes, but when Battery is set as having multiple outputs, it isn't anywhere except the synth rack. How do I route Ezplayer into Battery?

    For an existing project, add a MIDI track with input from EZP and output to Battery. Add audio tracks with input from Battery.
