Midi play back problem please help

Midi play back problem please help

Hi guys I am have a very strange problem that I cant get to the bottom of.

I am no sure if its a vs 700 problem or a producer 8.5.3 problem. But its most likely a button I need to push or something I need to change.

I didnt know how best to describe it in text so I made a quick video and talked through it.

    Ive just checked the drivers there Scot and the same thing happens

    Also on a side not in my other projects since yesterday when I hit the console button on the access panel on my vs 700 it stops the track from playing and skips back to the start

    Any one have any ideas ?

    This is all becomeing very frustraiting

    Check the track(s) for CC7 using the event list.  It looks like you have some MIDI volume control data in the track.

    Awesome It was that :) I have no idea how to change it and take it out but at least I know that was what the problem was :) thanks :)

    One more thing I have a problem with if you dont mind me asking ? On any of my tracks recently when I am playing it in track view and I hit the console button on my vs 700 it changes to the console scren no problem but it also stops playing and then it jumps back to the begining of the song. It never used to do this

    Any ideas ?

    I assume you meant you found the CC7 data ?  If so, you can delete it in the event list, or in the PRV, or via Process-Interpolate, etc.  Many ways.
     
    I don't have a VS700 so I have no idea other than it seems to be acting liking a "W" (Rewind) which would stop, rewind to start.  Maybe it's a setting?
