Midi quantize drops many notes

Using cakes quantize plugin for midi. When playing back it will sound most notes but on some notes it doesent even sound the note at all. Shouldn't all notes be played? if I decrease the window slider to between 0-15% it will play all notes, but of course the result is not acceptable. Any ideas what I am doing wrong or settings problems I may be having?

    Quantizing a note shouldn't have any effect on whether or not a note sounds, unless the quantizing moves two notes together on the same beat and they both sound like one note. The image Below shows a few notes quantized with those settings. Two of the notes were moved to the same beat as two other notes. If they were the same note it would sound like two notes didn't play.

    This may not be your problem but it's something to consider while trying to find out what the problem is.

    Thanks for the reply. I don't think this is the case since I don't hear a note at all in some areas where there are notes before inserting the real time quantize plugin. Its very strange. I wonder if it has something to do with midi buffer settings or something of that nature.

    Are you talking about Midi INPUT Quantizing?
