Midi/USB Problem w/ MCU Pro & M-Audio 49 keyboard

Hello all!

I haven't had the need to post in quite a while since I first installed X1b, but, I have been keeping-up by monitoring this Forum. I recently purchased a new home in Arnold, Ca (high in the Sierra Nevada Mountains), and have been very busy with the move. I finally got my studio set-up but have suddenly experienced problems with my USB connections with my MCU Pro and my Key Rig 49 midi keyboard. They were both working perfectly for the past couple of years, but, now there is some sort of conflict. I complete the set-up for Midi Devices and Control Surfaces in the Properties section and get them both to work. Then after a shut-down of my computer they both refuse to work. The settings remain unchanged. I tried deleting the "TTSSEQ ini" file and re-did my inputs and outputs for my Midi Devices and Control surface but each time I shut down and restart they both fail to work. If I unplug my Keyrig 49 (USB) I can get the MCU Pro to work. I'm not real savy when it comes to computers so I'm asking for any advice that may help me resolve this problem. When I set-up my studio the Keyrig 49 and the MCU Pro were both plugged into the same USB ports as they were prior to the move. Any ideas?

I should have mentioned I use Windows XP Service Pack 3, on a Quad Core system with 4 GB ram built by Sonica. After reconnecting the studio I installed all X1b patches (246).
