Migrate preferences after install

I have installed X3e on a new computer. My old Sonar preferences are sitting on what used to be the primary drive but is now the D: drive. I installed SONAR and first ran it before that old drive was connected. When SONAR first ran, it asked (or maybe just automatically looked for) any old config info, but couldn't find any, because I hadn't yet connected the old drive. Now SONAR is running and the old drive is connected and I want to migrate my old preferences. How do I get SONAR to do that again even though it's not the first time I'm running it?
