Migrating from HS2.0 to SHS4.0...

Ordered my copy of sonar home studio 4!!! is there a learning curve involved or is it all pretty much the same workflow, I am especially interested in midi clip editing and Audio clip editing functions. Are there any tutorials available online?

Thanks

Nothing on the "major changes" list, go over the following list on the help menu since the manual is very summarized:

    Track Presets
    Master Control View
    Busses configuration
    Tabbed views
    Powerstrip multiprocessor help file
    Audio metronome
    Nudging
    Nvaigator view
    Audition selection playback
Track, Main and Busses Meters setup
    Panning laws
    export setting presets

And most improtant read and print the Readme first word file that comes with the program. Lots of useful stuff and troubleshooting.

Thanks, one more thing should I uninstall HS 2.0 before install this new version? I take it, it is stable and is backward compatible?
From what I read sonar 4 is more stable then sonar 2?

It is not necessary to uninstall previous versions of HS...The new installation of the Sonar HS software will "migrate" your preferences and settings into the new install folder(s)...
