Migrating from Sonar 7 Producer to X1 Producer - How?

I just built a new system at long last and bought and installed X1 Producer. My last Sonar Was Sonar 7 Producer. How do I migrate my old settings into X1, especially Hardware Instrument Definitions and Track templates? I still have the old Cakewalk.INI and Master.INS files for that one, as well as the old track templates (For some reason my old default template won't work).
