Thank you Tim, my new Saffire Pro 40 came with a few freebie's one of which is Novation's Soft synth version of the original Novation Bass station, added to some of the new tricks opened up by S-Plat Ipswich routing. Andy thanks for the listen and comment, I thought you might be interested, for much of the the bad press it has received Rapture Pro has some very nice and usable voices, that supplied the base of the ARP sound, I tried a few different routing tricks resulting in it being treated to quite a complicated trip through four independent sets of FX, panning and processing. I like it too! Nice elements coming in and out. Uptempo fun. You are the master of the fizzy synth. Makes me want my DX-7 back!
Mix-wise, I think I hear some kind of overload periodically - it's more noticeable in the first couple of minutes, like a whole bunch of signal hits a limiter and gets squashed really quick. It's barely perceptible and it could be my faulty neural network!
Thanks for the trippy ride back to 1983.

Wookie, Right off, I knew this was going to be a good Wookie piece and I was right. Nice use of instrumentation, especially the synth and the drums seem to be right in place throughout. Lots of great sound bites going on. Very interesting to say the least, and very danceable for those who want to get out of their chair and kick it about.

This is a toe-tapper! (I don't dance much anymore.) Love the old-school sound and the pulsing beat. If I were 20 again at a disco in Europe circa 1977 I'd be hopping about, sloshing beer everywhere. It's got a great intro, but the girls wouldn't join me on the dance floor till the drums start up, around a minute and a half in. All the guys in the place would say that's just too long. Nice!

The ostinato, constant repeated notes and arpeggio, might be varied eventually:

Thank you William for taking the time to listen and comment, this track as much as anything was me playing/experimenting with Rapture Pro, something I have been meaning to do but never found the time, so I will not be revisiting it. It was meant to be a bit of mindless fun hence the overly repetitive ARP, if I was going to developed it I agree the ARP could be varied in a variety of ways.
