Happy bouncy little pop tune, the bass seems to get a little lost in places, thanks for sharing.

Very enjoyable... Bouncy, as Wooks said. I liked the little break in the middle and repeated at the end - had almost a bit of a Genesis feel to it though very short.

I concur on being reminiscent of one of the later Genesis tunes. It was a nice groove. I only played it on my computer display's HDTV speakers, so the bass did not seem boomy to me there. Maybe so if played through my full system - dunno. Bob Bone

Nicely put together, definitely the Genesis feeling in this one with a good choice of instrumentation.

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm not getting Genesis out of this. But there are huuuuge gaps in my Genesis knowledge, I'll admit. I'd say very nice use of the stereo field in particular. And the reverb, what did you use? Things fade and tail really nicely . . . The bass did not overwhelm, I listened on my studio monitors, which regrettably are Mackie 824 mkI, the original overpriced, overmarketed, bass-flattering 15 yr-old monitors. -Tom

I enjoyed the texture quite a bit. Perhaps the gated snare sound is what gives it the "genesis vibe"? I also left you a comment on the song page. There sounds like some deliberate interesting things going on with meter at several spots.

I don't know about the "genesis feeling" but I didn't really have anything as inspiration in mind. This song was made in Reaper so I could play easily with the automation. As effects I used mostly free plugins I found online and the reverb I used was sonitus and Focsurite reverb that came free with my audio interface so everything was made in the box. The second part is a little bit harsh and the bass probably is a little weak but I have a few basslines and wasn't easy to make them not to clash so I used a bunch of sidechaining and cutting......o yeah I almost forgot...I can't play any instrument , I'm not a musician. Everything was programed in midi. Sometimes I do "whistle to midi" and it works pretty well ! :) I'm glad that you liked it and thanks for the comments !
