Missing Ports With Scarlett 18i20

I have a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 and Sonar is only recognizing ports 1, 3, 5 and 7. Missing are ports 2, 4, 6, and 8. All drivers are up to date as well as my version of Sonar Platinum. Thanks.

    They are seen as pairs.

    1 left
    1 right
    1 stereo

    3 left
    3 right and so on.

    The right input is the even numbered one.
    It's just the way that Windows sees the device. They're all like that.
