Missing audio files

I have several projects with missing audio files popup. I recently found some lurking in Groove music. How can I get them back in my projects?

    when you get the pop up it ask you where these files are.
    Simply direct Sonar to them and roll.
     
    best to put each project in its own folder, locate them, load the project then save as to its own folder.
