Missing drum pieces names in Piano roll

Help please, Running Platinum. Some of my recordings have the names of the drum pieces in the piano roll, while others just have the piano keys. AD2 people says its a sonar thing. Need to get the names to show up.

Hi. I'm guessing that you're talking about Drum Maps.
Not sure if it is Cakewalk or the plugin manufacturer that makes these.

Here is some info on the subject.
    All the best.

XLN Audio chooses not to add the data needed for SONAR to display kit piece names. FXpansion's BFD3 and Cakewalk's Session Drummer 3 both illustrate how plug-ins can communicate kit piece name data. Because XLN Audio refuses to implement the appropriate VST opcode, to add kit piece names in SONAR you will need to use a drum map in the instrument/MIDI track of AD2. Here is a blog article with a drum map preset and templates for AD2.
