Missing from Utilities menu (RX2) <SOLVED>

I don't know if this is an iZotope RX2 or a Sonar X1c issue...
RX2 used to showup in the 'Utilities' pull down menu within Sonar.  Suddenly it's not.
It is available as a vst plugin but I like it the old way.  Any suggestions to get it back?
