Missing track window

Hi all!  Been a while since I posted.  I moved and spent the last year or two remodeling.
 
I'm still running X1 until i can buy some more CPU power.
 
I opened a file that I had worked on a month ago and I can't find my Track window.  I get the synth window, meter window and Piano roll - No track window!  It's either not there or off the screen.  It's NOT that I'm missing tracks, I'm missing the whole window.  
No menu bar, track panes, transport - the whole window itself is missing.  Any Clues?  (here's hoping the forum has retained it's excellent spirit of help in my absence)
 
PS: It appears briefly just before the menu pops up (new project, existing project, etc.)
